Your item is made especially to order, so please allow a little extra time for us to prepare it before dispatch.

Production time is typically 1–3 working days, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

Orders placed after 11am GMT will begin processing from 9am on the next working day. Please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping method.

All estimated delivery times are based on working days only (Monday to Friday).

If your order includes both personalised and standard items, your order will be dispatched once all items are ready.

Returns Policy

We hope you love your order from Gifting Knot. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please contact us by email (hello@giftingknot.com )before returning any items.

Standard Items

Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Personalised Items

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

Please carefully check all spelling, dates, colours, sizes, and personalisation details before placing your order, as items are made exactly as submitted.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.

We cannot offer refunds or returns for:

  • Spelling or wording errors entered by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selections
  • Minor handmade variations
