Your product is one-of-a-kind and is always made to order, so it takes a few days before we can ship it to you.
Production time can take up to 2 working days and these are excluding Bank Holidays. Orders received after 11am GMT - the first 'working day' will begin at 9am the following working day.
Please consider this when selecting your shipping method. ETA are based on 'working days' which means Monday to Friday.

If a proof design is requested this may delay the order in being sent. Please do check your email if you are expecting one.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any postal delays that are out of our control.
We hope you're happy with your purchase however if you change your mind, simply send your items back to us within 14 days.
Drop us an email at email@example.com for authorisation to send your item back and include a note with your contact details, order number and the reason for returning.
Please don’t throw away any product or packaging, before you’ve spoken to us so that it won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Returns Terms and Conditions
Please check your package on arrival, and contact us within 48hrs if you have an order query.
Items must be unused, in
their original packaging and wrapped carefully so they don’t get damaged on their journey back to us.
Authorisation must be obtained
return of a item, as we may provided a returns label for you.
Please note that you will need to cover the cost of delivery to return an 'off the shelf' item to us if you change your mind.
If you selected an enhanced delivery
method (e.g. Next Day), you will be refunded the cost of Standard Delivery.
What You Can’t Send Back
Unfortunately, some items are non-cancelable and non-refundable:
Anything that’s made to your specific requirements that is personalised or otherwise can't be resold.
Personal items sold with a hygiene seal (like earrings,) where the seal is broken.
Any sale or seconds items cannot be returned.
Food items such as cake toppers, stirriers, cupcake picks etc, where the seal is broken.
