As we come to the end of mental health awareness week I just want to send a little positivity your way as well as a bit of reality.
Take this as a reminder that, yes you can:
- Say no whenever you want to, it's okay.
- You can also say yes whenever you want to.
- You can step out of your comfort zone or you can play it safe.
- You can wear your heart on your sleeve or you can keep your cards close to your chest.
- You can put yourself first whilst caring deeply for others.
- Some days we’ll feel like we’re failing and others we’ll feel like we have it all together.
- Whatever it is, just know that you can get through it.
