Brilliant Product, even better customer service

I ordered a cake topper for my 30th which arrived well packed but damaged. I reached out to customer services who came back very quickly offering me the choice of a refund or replacement. I chose the latter.

A replacement promptly arrived and was thankfully undamaged, they also made it slightly thicker to mitigate the risk of it being damaged during transit.

I must add that the package was likely thrown around during delivery as it was secured between 2 pieces of hard board, tissue wrapped and then bubble wrapped.
