After spending what feels like a lifetime as a boss, leading an amazing team for so many years, I have recently been rethinking my situation. Some of you may already know that I am a parent to young children who have special educational needs and some of you may also know that I took a long break from work some time ago. Due to my health, the needs of my children and the responsibility of managing a team for many years, it has become a lot to handle.
With a heavy heart, I said farewell to my incredible team today. Starting next month, I will be working independently. However, please rest assured that I will still be designing and producing new things. During peak seasons, I will be assisted by temporary staff.
Lastly, I would like to express my gratitude to Vicky and Gemma for their support during these last three difficult years.
